-
Use content management system to plan out monthly calendar
-
Manage and create real-time content weekly
-
Optimize monthly content plan according to monthly SEO strategy
-
Manage content distribution to four social platforms to increase web traffic
-
Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency
-
Train others on social media best practices
BRANDING
I was part of the team that refreshed Guild's branding company-wide. The task was to create a brand that gave a nod to the storied past of Guild Mortgage, but also looked to the digital future. We had to relate to their top customer, first time homebuyers, while not alienating customers that have been with them since the 1960's.
Being able to help form the creative concept for such an established company's new look and feel was one of my greatest and most fun challenges to date. We were able to implement a new concept, design a content library and train brand ambassadors for 250+ sales branches nationwide.
ART DIRECTION
Video and photography shoots are a big part of what Guild uses in their monthly content. Branch openings, employee spotlights, volunteer recaps are just a few of the pieces I have been able to concept and direct. These pieces always get a ton of traction and are just flat out fun to make!
